摘　　要：崔文成教授认为儿童阴虚脾弱型功能性便秘是因肾阴不足,脾阴受损,脾失健运,津液生化乏源,大肠失于濡润,传导功能失常所致。治疗上主张滋阴健脾、润肠通便。其用经验方地黄通便颗粒加减治疗,疗效显著。附医案2则加以阐述。Professor CUI Wencheng believes that functional constipation of yin deficiency and spleen weakness type in children is caused by deficiency of kidney yin,damage of spleen yin,failure of the spleen to transport nutrients,lack of the source of the generation and transformation of body fluid and failure of large intestine to moisten,resulting in conduction dysfunction,which leads to constipation.In terms of treatment,he advocates enriching yin and fortifying the spleen,and moistening the intestines to promote defecation.He uses the empirical prescription Dihuang Tongbei Granules to treat functional constipation of yin deficiency and spleen weakness in children,and the effect is remarkable.Attached two medical cases are elaborated.
