摘  要:介绍毛德西教授辨治肥胖合并非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床经验。毛德西教授认为肥胖合并非酒精性脂肪肝病的病理特点多以虚为本,以湿、郁为标,湿邪往往贯穿整个病理过程。故常从虚、湿、郁论治,创制疏肝理气化湿法、清热利湿法、散寒利湿法、温阳利湿法、散瘀利湿法等五法,临证多法联用,随证治之,祛湿贯穿始终,临床可获良效。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor MAO Dexi in treating obesity complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)based on syndrome differentiation.Professor MAO Dexi believes that the pathological characteristics of obesity complicared with NAFLD lie in that deficiency is the root,dampness and depression are the symptom,and dampness often runs through the whole pathological process.Therefore,it is often treated from deficiency,dampness,and stagnation.And Professor MAO created five methods,namely soothing the liver,regulating qi and resolving dampness method,clearing heat and draining dampness method,dissipating cold and dispelling dampness method,warming yang and draining dampness method,and dissipating blood stasis and draining dampness method.In clinical practice,multiple methods are combined to treat based on syndrome differentiation,with dispelling dampness throughout,and a good clinical effect can be obtained.
