摘　　要：冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是常见的慢性病,严重危害人类健康。脾肾亏虚为本病常见证型之一,中医认为该证型多由年老体虚、饮食失调、劳倦内伤等因素导致;病机为本虚标实,以脾肾亏虚为本,痰浊、瘀血为标。在治疗上以健脾补肾为主要治则,兼见痰浊者辅以祛痰、瘀血者佐以活血、痰瘀互结者兼以祛痰活血。从因-机-证-治等方面对脾肾亏虚型冠心病进行分析,以期为冠心病的中医证治研究提供参考。Coronary heart disease is a common chronic disease that seriously endangers human health.Deficiency of the spleen and kidney is one of the common syndrome types of the disease.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this syndrome is mostly caused by factors such as old age,eating disorders,fatigue and internal injury;Phlegm turbidity,blood stasis as the standard.In the treatment,the main principle is to strengthen the spleen and kidney,supplemented by expectorant for those with phlegm and blood stasis,supplemented by activating blood,and those with phlegm and blood stasis combined with expectorant and activating blood.This article analyzes coronary heart disease with deficiency of spleen and kidney from the aspects of cause-mechanism-syndrome-treatment,in order to provide reference for the research on TCM syndrome and treatment of coronary heart disease.
