摘  要:肾纤维化是所有慢性肾脏病的最终结局。慢性肾脏病患病率、病死率逐年升高,且目前现代医学的治疗手段有限。Wnt/β-连环蛋白(catenin)信号通路是肾脏纤维化的关键通路。近年来,在中医药辨证论治优势理论指导下,中药复方通过Wnt/β-catenin信号通路抗肾纤维化具有一定优势,对于改善肾功能、延缓疾病进展效果明显,文章对中药复方通过Wnt/β-catenin信号通路抗肾纤维化做一综述。Renal fibrosis is the final outcome of all chronic kidney diseases.The morbidity and mortality of chronic kidney disease are increasing year by year,and the treatment methods of modern medicine are limited.Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is the key pathway of renal fibrosis.In recent years,under the guidance of the superiority theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine decoction passed Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway has certain advantages in anti renal fibrosis,and has obvious effect on improving renal function and delaying disease progression.This article reviews the current research progress of traditional Chinese medicine decoction prevent and treat renal fibrosis by Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.
