耳针疗法治疗胃溃疡疼痛的临床优势

摘　　要：总结近年来耳针疗法治疗胃溃疡疼痛的优势,为进一步开展临床研究和规范耳针疗法治疗胃溃疡疼痛提供研究思路和方向。以“耳针疗法”“耳穴压豆”“胃脘痛”“胃溃疡”等为检索词,查阅近5年知网、万方、维普等数据库,对检索到的相关临床研究文献进行综述。耳针疗法对胃溃疡疼痛的治疗起到积极作用,疗效确切,能短期消除症状,缓解疼痛,减轻病患痛苦。研究中也发现了一些不足,例如应注重规范化耳针疗法的取穴部位,刺激时间频次等,探析耳针疗法治疗胃溃疡疼痛,使其更为优质高效。This research summarized the advantages of ear acupuncture therapy for treating gastric ulcer pain in recent years to provide research ideas and directions for further clinical research and standardized ear acupuncture therapy for treating gastric ulcer pain.Using search terms such as"ear acupuncture therapy","ear acupoint pressing beans","epigastric pain"and"gastric ulcer",we searched databases such as CNKI,Wanfang and VIP in the past 5 years to review the relevant clinical research literature.Ear acupuncture therapy has a positive effect on the treatment of gastric ulcer pain,with a definite therapeutic effect.It can eliminate symptoms and alleviate pains in a short term.In the study,some shortcomings were also found,such as the need to focus on standardizing the acupoint selection location and stimulation time frequency of ear acupuncture therapy,and it explored the treatment of gastric ulcer pain with ear acupuncture therapy to make it more efficient and high-quality.
