摘　　要：桃红四物汤在四物汤配伍基础上加入桃仁、红花,也称加味四物汤,具有养血活血,祛瘀生新等功效。四物汤主以治疗血虚为主,桃红四物汤加入桃红、红花后,增加活血化瘀等功效,既能养血活血,又能活血化瘀。在临床上常用于治疗血瘀兼有血虚证,二者功效相辅相成。现代药理学研究,桃红四物汤具有抗炎镇痛、提高免疫、改善微循环、抗氧化等药理作用。被临床广泛用于皮肤科疾病,妇科疾病,骨科疾病,内科疾病等。研究发现桃红四物汤对于皮肤科疾病治疗颇为具体,已有大量相关文献记载桃红四物汤在临床上用于治疗黄褐斑伴月经失调、银屑病、白癜风、痤疮、慢性湿疹、带状疱疹后遗神经痛、神经性皮炎、过敏性紫癜、扁平疣等皮肤科疾病,具有较好的疗效。文章将对桃红四物汤治疗皮肤科疾病临床研究进展及其治疗皮肤科疾病的药理作用进行综述。Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤)is a combination of Siwu Decoction with peach kernel and safflower,also known as Jiawei Siwu Decoction.It has the effects of nourishing blood and activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and generating new blood.Siwu Decoction is mainly used to treat blood deficiency.After Taohong Siwu Decoction is added with peach blossom and safflower,it increases the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which can not only nourish blood and promote blood circulation,but also promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.It is often used in clinic to treat blood stasis and blood deficiency syndrome,and their effects complement each other.Modern pharmacological studies show that Taohong Siwu Decoction has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,analgesic,immune,microcirculation and antioxidant.It is widely used in dermatology,gynecology,orthopedics and internal medicine.In recent years,research has found that Taohong Siwu Decoction is quite specific for the treatment of dermatological diseases.A large number of relevant documents have recorded that Taohong Siwu Decoction is clinically used for the treatment of Chloasma with menstrual disorders,psoriasis,vitiligo,acne,chronic eczema,postherpetic neuralgia,neurodermatitis,allergic Pura,verruca plana and other dermatological diseases,and has a good effect.This article will review the clinical research progress of Taohong Siwu Decoction in treating dermatological diseases and its pharmacological effects.
