摘　　要：耳穴压豆疗法是中医学的重要组成部分,具有操作简单、无创无痛、价格低廉、对身体无不良反应等优点。在治疗诸多疾病,尤其是疼痛性疾病中发挥着重要作用。耳穴疗法被称为“中西医结合的产物”,它与中医学的脏腑经络理论、现代西医学理论密切相关。从中医对耳穴压豆的认识、镇痛机制以及对疼痛性病症的临床应用方面介绍了耳穴压豆的研究进展,为今后耳穴压豆镇痛的临床应用和研究提供相关参考。Ear acupoint pressing beans therapy is an important part of traditional medicine in the motherland,which has the advantages of simple operation,non-invasive and painless,low price and no adverse reactions to the body.It plays an important role in the treatment of many diseases,especially painful diseases.Ear acupoint pressing beans therapy is known as"the product of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine",and it is closely related to the internal organ meridian theory of traditional motherland medicine and the theory of modern Western medicine.This paper introduced the research progress of ear acupoint pressing beans from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine understanding of ear acupuncture pressure beans,analgesic mechanism and clinical application of painful diseases,and provided relevant references for the clinical application and research of ear acupoint pressing beans for analgesia in the future.
