补肾健脾活络方联合针刺治疗肾炎蛋白尿临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察总结补肾健脾活络方联合针刺治疗对慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法 将60例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,分别为30例。治疗组方案为西医基础治疗+补肾健脾活络方联合针刺;对照组方案为西医基础治疗+针刺治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率分别为86.7%,高于对照组、60.0%(P<0.05)。两组组内比较尿转铁蛋白测定(尿)、视黄醇结合蛋白(尿)、免疫球蛋白测定(尿)、α-1微球蛋白(尿)、β-2微球蛋白(尿)、胱抑素-C(尿)、尿24 h蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、尿红细胞数有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组间比较经统计学处理有差异。肾功能方面:两组组内血肌酐、尿素氮水平比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血白蛋白方面:治疗组血清白蛋白较疗前升高(P<0.05);两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 提示补肾健脾活络方联合针刺治疗可有效降低尿蛋白、尿红细胞,改善患者肾功能,同时有升高血清白蛋白的作用。Objective To observe and summarize the clinical effect of Bushen Jianpi Huoluo Decoction(补肾健脾活络方)combined with acupuncture on chronic nephritis.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with basic Western medicine+Bushen Jianpi Huoluo Decoction combined with acupuncture.The control group was treated with basic Western medicine and acupuncture.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,higher than that(60.0%)of the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of urinary transferrin(urine),retinol binding protein(urine),immunoglobulin(urine),α-1 microglobulin(urine),β-2microglobulin(urine),cystatin C(urine),24-hour urine protein content,microalbumin in urine and the number of red blood cells in urine had statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of renal function,there was a statistically significant difference in levels of blood creatinine and urea nitrogen of the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),while there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of serum albumin,the serum albumin in the treatment group increased compared to that before treatment(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jianpi Huoluo Decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively reduce urinary protein and urinary red blood cell,improve renal function and increase serum albumin.
