不同产地白芍的成分的含量测定及质量评价

摘　　要：目的 分析不同产地白芍的成分的含量测定及质量评价。方法 采用液相色谱法测定对不同批次白芍药材中的芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、氧化芍药苷及苯甲酰芍药苷4种有效成分的含量进行测量,通过主成分分析法获得线性方程,利用主成分得分综合评价不同产地白芍成分的质量。结果 在所建立的色谱条件下,氧化芍药苷、芍药内酯苷、芍药苷及苯甲酰芍药苷中的线性关系、稳定性、重复性、加样回收均符合中药质量分析要求。且经主成分综合评分法评定,浙江生产的样品中白芍药材质量最佳,其次为山东、安徽。结论 不同产地白芍的成分含量有所差异,该研究通过对白芍成分含量进行统计以及质量分析,对于评价不同产地白芍药材的质量属性,以及筛选优质白芍品系具有一定的价值。Objective To analyze the content determination and quality evaluation of components of Radix Paeoniae Alba from different habitats.Methods The contents of paeoniflorin,paeoniflorin,paeoniflorin oxide and benzoyl paeoniflorin in different batches of Radix Paeoniae Alba were measured by liquid chromatography.The linear equation was obtained by principal component analysis,and the quality of the components of Radix Paeoniae Alba from different habitats was comprehensively evaluated by the principal component score.Results Under the established chromatographic conditions,the linear relationship,stability,repeatability and sample adding recovery of oxidized paeoniflorin,paeoniflorin,paeoniflorin and benzoyl paeoniflorin all met the requirements of quality analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.In addition,the quality of Radix Paeoniae Alba among the samples produced in Zhejiang was the best,followed by Shandong and Anhui.Conclusion The content of components of Radix Paeoniae Alba from different habitats is different.This study has certain value in evaluating the quality attributes of Radix Paeoniae Alba from different habitats and screening high-quality strains of Radix Paeoniae Alba through the statistics and quality analysis of the content of components of Radix Paeoniae Alba.
