摘  要:采用混合盐反应法制备出原位TiB_(2p)/Al-10Sn轴瓦用复合材料,并用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对材料的铸态组织进行分析。结果表明:复合材料中α-Al基体晶粒细小,TiB_(2)颗粒尺寸小于1.5μm,在α-Al基体晶界处出现了TiB_(2)颗粒偏聚现象,并形成锡包TiB_(2)颗粒组织。在不同载荷下,采用“小止推圈-磨盘”式摩擦试验机,对复合材料(TiB_(2p)/Al-10Sn)和基体合金(Al-10Sn)的室温油润滑摩擦性能进行测试。结果表明:低载荷200 N时,复合材料和基体合金都存在明显的磨合期,且均表现出良好的减摩特性,其稳态摩擦系数分别为0.017和0.015,稳态摩擦温度分别为33.6℃和32.1℃;高载荷400N时,复合材料和基体合金的稳态摩擦系数分别为0.080和0.170,稳态摩擦温度分别为57.6℃和75.4℃,复合材料表现出更高的承载能力和更好的减摩特性。The in-situ TiB_(2p)/Al-10Sn composites for bearings were fabricated by Mixed Salt Reaction in-situ synthesis process.The solidification microstructure of the composites was investigated by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results indicate that the grains ofα-Al matrix are fine,the TiB_(2) particle size is less than 1.5μm,and the agglomeration of TiB_(2) particles occurs in the interface betweenα-Al and eutectic tin,where an interesting microstructure of TiB_(2) particles wrapped by tin film was discovered.And the oil lubricated sliding friction tests of composites and matrix alloy were conducted on a small thrust ring versus disc friction testing machine at room temperature under different loads.The experimental data shows that,at low load(200 N),both composites and matrix alloy have a conspicuous running-in period and exhibit better antifriction property,with the steady-state friction coefficient being 0.017 and 0.015,and the steady-state frictional temperature being 33.6℃and 32.1℃,respectively.However,at high load(400 N),the steady-state friction coefficient of composites and matrix alloy is approximately 0.080 and 0.17,and with the steady-state frictional temperature being 57.6℃and 75.4℃,respectively.The composites exhibit higher bearing capacity and excellent antifriction.
