摘　　要：未来数年,高校毕业生数量保持高位,毕业生就业状态、就业空间正在发生较大变化,薪资上升、新业态发展、灵活就业增加、专业对口率下降、升学愿望增强等现象愈发突出,大学生就业面临新机遇与新挑战。各级政府、用人单位、高校要合力创建大学生就业新生态,打通就业各环节的政策堵点,健全毕业生基层就业支持体系;坚持市场导向,进一步深化教育教学改革;坚持技术创新,持续加强精准就业服务;加强就业教育,引导毕业生服务国家战略;完善帮扶体系,把做好毕业生就业工作落到实处。In the next few years,the number of college graduates will remain high,the employment status and employment space of graduates are undergoing great changes,the phenomena of rising salaries,the development of new formats,the increase in flexible employment,the decline in professional counterpart rate,and the enhancement of the desire to further study will become more and more prominent,and the employment of college students will face new opportunities and challenges.Governments at all levels,employers,and colleges and universities should work together to create a new employment ecology for college students,break through the policy blocking points in all aspects of employment,improve the grassroots employment support system for graduates;adhere to market orientation,further deepen education and teaching reform;adhere to technological innovation,and continue to strengthen precision employment services;strengthen employment education,guide graduates to serve the national strategy;improve the assistance system,and implement the employment of graduates.
