摘 要:基于轻武器射击过程中噪声的来源和物理特性,通过分析膛口消音器与线性声学消音器的区别,说明在轻武器膛口加装消音器抑制射击噪声的原理.根据膛口消音器的设计目标,可以通过调整火药燃气的能量分配关系,降低火药燃气能量在膛口向噪声声能转化.将膛口消音器设计按照膛口噪声的产生和传播分为4个环节,分析了每个环节的设计案例,最后展望了膛口消音器设计与计算机仿真技术和优化技术结合的发展趋势.Based on the source and physical characteristics of noise in the shooting process of small arms,this paper explains the principle of adding a silencer to the muzzle of small arms to suppress firing noise by analyzing the difference between the muzle silencer and the linear acoustic silencer.According to the design target of the muzzle silencer,the energy distribution of propellant gas can be adjusted to reduce the conversion of propellant gas energy to noise sound energy at the muzzle.The muzzle silencer design is divided into four parts according to the generation and propagation of muzzle noise and the design cases of each part are analyzed.Finally,the development trend of muzzle silencer design combined with computer simulation technology and optimization technology is prospected.
