摘  要:无线装定技术是实现弹丸炸点精准控制的基础.针对目前小口径弹丸智能化与信息化程度较低的问题,为将影响弹道的因素快速装定至小口径弹丸的电子引信,设计了基于DPSK调制的炮口无线装定系统.通过信息获取模块将采集的环境信息与输入的发射信息转化为二进制数据传输至FPGA,FPGA将二进制数据进行DPSK调制.调制后的信号经过电流放大,再通过发射线圈将电信号转化为磁场信号.为实现最大功率传输,对线圈参数进行设计.引信内部接收端解调通过AD采集实现非相干解调,减小了体积.进行轻气炮实验对系统进行验证,结果表明,系统能够实现小口径弹丸的炮口无线装定.The wireless setting technology is the basis of realizing the precise control of a projectile burst point.Aiming at the low level of intelligence and informatization of small caliber projectiles at present,a wireless muzzle setting system based on DPSK modulation is designed to quickly set the factors affecting the trajectory into the electronic-fuze of small caliber projectiles.The information acquisition module converts the collected environment information and the input transmission information into binary data and transmits them to FPGA.Then,FPGA performs DPSK modulation to the binary data.The modulated signal is amplified by the current,and then the electrical signal is converted into the magnetic field signal through the transmission coil.To achieve maximum power transmission,the coil parameters are designed.The non-coherent demodulation of the internal receiver of the fuze is realized through AD acquisition,which reduces the volume.A light gas gun experiment is carried out to verify the system.The results show that the system can realize the wireless muzzle setting of small caliber projectiles.
