摘 要:杆式射流的毁伤效能与侵彻穿深和侵彻孔径紧密相关.为解决大穿深小孔径而导致后效毁伤下降的问题,采用LS-DYNA对战斗部威力进行数值仿真,以药型罩壁厚和罩高为主要变量对聚能装药战斗部结构进行一次优化,综合考虑典型装甲目标防护能力,选出一个最优的穿深和孔径匹配方案,并以此方案为基准方案进行二次优化,得到一种等壁厚球缺紫铜药型罩优化方案,并进行静爆试验对最终优化方案的仿真精度进行验证.实验结果表明,最终优化方案的杆式射流侵彻体对45钢的侵彻深度为121 mm,入孔直径为26.3 mm,出孔直径为21.8 mm,后效靶毁伤严重,杆式射流侵彻体和靶体二次破片能够引燃柴油油盒、木箱和棉被等易燃物,数值仿真结果与试验数据误差较小.该研究方法和结论可为聚能杆式射流战斗部的结构设计及优化提供参考.The damage effect of jetting projectile charge is closely related to the penetration depth and the penetration aperture.In order to solve the problem of reducing the after-effect damage caused by large penetration depth and small aperture,this paper uses LS-DYNA to numerically simulate the warhead power.The wall thickness and height of the liner are used as the main variables for the first optimization of the structure of the shaped charge warhead,and an optimal piercing depth and aperture matching scheme is selected by considering the typical armor target self-protection capability.A second optimization based on the first optimal scheme is obtained,and an optimization scheme of an equal wall thickness sphere-deficient purple copper liner is obtained.Then,static explosion tests are executed to verify the simulation accuracy of the final optimization scheme.The results show that the penetration depth of the jetting projectile charge penetrator in the final optimized scheme against 45 steel is 121 mm,the entry hole diameter is 26.3 mm,and the exit hole diameter is 21.8 mm.The after effect targets are seriously destroyed,and the jetting projectile charge penetrator and secondary fragments of the targets can ignite inflammable materials like diesel fuel boxes,wooden boxes and quilts,which shows the error of the numerical simulation results and the static explosion tests is small.The research method and conclusion in this paper can provide reference for the structural design and optimization of shaped jetting projectile charge warheads.
