摘　　要：目的探究鬼臼毒素酊、重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶及局部微波治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月至2020年6月于本院接受治疗的116例女性外阴尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各58例。对照组采用鬼臼毒素酊联合局部微波治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,比较两组治疗前后免疫功能、不良事件发生情况。结果治疗前,两组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后4周,两组CD4^(+)水平均高于治疗前,血清CD8^(+)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组血清CD4^(+)水平高于对照组,血清CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论鬼臼毒素酊联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶及局部微波治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣,能更有效改善患者的免疫功能,且不会增加不良事件的发生。Objective To explore the clinical effect of podophyllotoxin tincture,recombinant human interferonα-2b gel and local microwave treatment of female genital condyloma acuminatum.Methods A total of 116 female patients with genital condyloma acuminatum treated in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with podophyllotoxin tincture combined with local microwave,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel on the basis of the control group,the immune function before and after treatment and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)levels between the two groups.4 weeks after treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of serum CD8^(+)were lower than those before treatment,and the level of serum CD4^(+)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of serum CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups.Conclusion Podophyllotoxin tincture combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel and local microwave treatment of female genital condyloma acuminatum can improve the immune function of patients more effectively,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse events.
