摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在增强个案侦查工作的针对性,切实提高实战工作的效率和效果[方法/过程]以社会网络分析方法为工具对涉黑犯罪团伙实例进行研究,将犯罪团伙内部结构可视化,测得组织结构微观与宏观相关指标;在此基础上提出相应侦查对策。[结果/结论]社会网络分析方法在查明黑社会性质组织的基本属性、犯罪团伙的网络结构特征、犯罪团伙中的关键成员及中介者、犯罪线索的挖掘等方面具有重要的应用价值。[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to strengthen the pertinence of each case investigation,and improve the efficiency and effectiveness in practice.[Method/process]The paper uses the Social Network Analysis method to study the cases of gangrelated criminal groups,visualizes the internal structure of criminal groups,and measures the micro and macro related indicators of organizational structure.On the basis of the investigation,it puts forwards the corresponding countermeasures.[Result/conclusion]Social Network Analysis method has important application value in identifying the basic attributes of underworld organizations,the network structure characteristics of criminal gangs,the key members and intermediaries in criminal gangs,and the excavation of criminal clues.
