摘　　要：[目的/意义]探索绩效期望、努力期望、社会影响、感知成本、信息环境对农民工健康信息服务使用意愿的影响,以提高大学图书馆开展面向农民工的健康信息服务效果,更好地实现“健康中国行动”中所应尽的一份责任与使命。[方法/过程]通过文献调研、实地考察、纸质问卷实地解读调查等方法,对整合型技术接受模型(UTAUT)进行改进,在225份有效问卷调查数据基础上构建影响因素的结构方程模型,并对模型进行检验和分析。[结果/结论]农民工对健康信息服务使用意愿的关键影响因素及影响程度大小依次为:信息环境>努力期望>社会影响>感知成本>绩效期望,R2的解释力达0.534。性别对信息环境的感知具有显著影响,年龄及受教育水平对努力期望信息环境感知具有显著影响,工作时长对感知成本具有显著影响。[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to explore the influences of performance expectations,effort expectations,social influences,perceived costs and information environments on the willingness to use health information services of migrant workers,so as to promote university library to improve the effect of health information services for migrant workers,and realize the responsibility and mission of"Healthy China Action"better.[Method/process]Through literature reviews,field investigations,and field interpretations of paper questionnaires,the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT)model was improved.Based on the data of 225 valid questionnaires,the structural equation model of influencing factors was constructed,and the model was tested and analyzed.[Result/conclusion] The key influencing factors of migrant workers'wllingness to use health information services and the degree of their influences are as follows:information environments>effort expectations>social influences>perceived costs>performance expectations,and the explanatory power of R is 0.534.Gender has a significant impact on the perception of information environments,age and education level have a significant impact on the perception of effort expectation information environments,and working hours have a significant impact on the perceived costs.
