摘　　要：本文的目的是介绍车标罩的工艺技术,以帮助汽车制造厂和设计人员更好地理解和实施该技术。本研究采用了文献综述和实证研究的方法。首先,通过对相关文献的梳理和分析,对汽车车标罩的材料选择进行了探讨。其次,本文介绍了材料加工的技术环节,包括相关工艺过程等。最后,本文还对车标罩的组装技术进行了详细的介绍。研究结果表明,正确选择材料、合理工艺方法和组装可以提高车标罩的质量和性能。通过本文的研究,汽车制造厂商和设计人员可以更好地理解和应用车标罩的工艺技术,从而提高汽车的安全性和可靠性。The purpose of this article is to introduce the process technology of automotive logo lens, to help manufacturers and designers better understand and apply it, based on the methods of literature review and empirical research. Firstly, by reviewing and analyzing relevant literature, the material selection of logo lens was discussed. Secondly, this article introduces the technical aspects of material processing. Finally, this article also provides a detailed introduction to the assembly technology of car logo lens. The research results indicate that the correct selection of materials, reasonable process methods can improve the quality and performance of the logo cover. Through this, automotive manufacturers and designers can better understand and apply the process technology, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the car.
