摘　　要：为适应大健康时代下社会对国际化应用型药学专业人才的需求,深圳技术大学药学院依托国家生物产业基地和地处粤港澳大湾区核心腹地优势,通过对国内外药学人才培养方案的调研,借鉴国外发达国家应用型大学先进办学经验,研究探讨出一套切实可行、符合国情的国际化应用型药学专业人才培养方案,力图凸显“学思专创产”高度融合的人才培养特色,致力培养出一批批能够为粤港澳大湾区医药行业乃至全球经济市场服务的国际化应用型药学专业人才。In order to meet the needs of the society for international applied pharmaceutical talents in the era of comprehensive health,relying on the advantages of the national biological industry base and locating in the core hinterland of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area,this paper studies and discusses a set of training program for internationalized applied pharmaceutical talents,which is feasible and conforms to the national conditions.The training program was established by the investigation of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical talent training programs as well as learning from the advanced school-running experience of applied universities in developed countries.We strive to highlight the highly integrated talent training characteristics of“teaching,curricula with ideological and political elements,faculty members,practice and market”.Our aim is to cultivate batches of international applied pharmacy talents who can serve the pharmaceutical industry of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area and even the global economic market.
