摘  要:应用光学显微镜直接观察法对兔毛、貉子毛、水貂毛和狐狸毛纤维的鳞片形态、纤维边缘形态和髓腔结构进行比较。结果表明,4种动物毛在光学显微镜下表面形态特征存在细微差异。结合对4种动物毛纵截面和横截面的观察,可以辨别出4种动物毛的种类。为4种动物毛纤维的鉴别,提供了参考依据。The direct observation method of light microscopy was used to distinguish and compare the scale morphology,fiber edge morphology,and medulla's structure of rabbit hairs,raccoon hairs,mink hairs,and fox hairs fibers.The results showed that there were slight differences in surface morphology characteristics of the 4 types of animal hair under light microscopy.By directly observing the longitudinal sections and cross-sections of 4 animal hairs through a microscope,the types of animal hairs can be identified.It provides a reference basis for the identification of 4 types of animal hairs.
