摘  要:参考JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》建立了测量模型,分析了电导率仪示值误差测量结果不确定度的来源并进行了评估。试验结果表明,测量不确定主要有以下几个来源:仪器测量重复、仪器分辨率、氯化钾电导率标准溶液定值和测温不准。电导率仪在147.3μS/cm测量点的仪器示值误差测量结果的不确定度为U=0.5μS/cm(k=2)。A measurement model was established with reference to JJF 1059.1—2012Evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty,the sources of the uncertainty of the measurement result of the indication error of the conductivity meter were analyzed and evaluated.The test results showed that the main sources of measurement uncertainty were instrument measurement repeatability,instrument resolution,calibration of standard potassium chloride conductivity solution,and inaccurate temperature measurement.The conductivity meter instrument at 147.3 μS/cm,the uncertainty of the instrument indication error measurement results was U=0.5 μS/cm(k=2).
