摘  要:洪福水电站始建于1990年,设计水头达到398 m,压力钢管长度超过800 m,是典型的高水头长距离引水电站。经过多年的运行,压力钢管出现了不同程度的锈蚀,需及时进行安全评估。针对洪福水电站的工程特性,本文提出采用截肢法计算压力钢管的最大水锤压力值,结果表明:(1)电站水锤的相为1.63 s,蝶阀的开启关闭时间小于1.63 s时,将发生直接水锤,水锤压力值达3 MPa,在实际运行中应避免;(2)在丢弃满负荷的情况下,电站压力管道将发生第一相水锤,最大水锤压力为76 m,为设计水头的19.1%。相关研究成果可作为压力管道安全复核计算依据。HongfuHydroelectric power Station was built in 1990,with a design head of 398 m and length of pressure pipe over 800 m.It is a typical high head long-distance diversion hydropower station.After years of operation,the penstock has been rusted to varying degrees,which requires timely safety assessment.According to the engineering characteristics of Hongfuhydropower Station,this paper proposes to use the amputation method to calculate the maximum water hammer pressure value of the penstock.The results show that:(1)when the phase of the water hammer in the power station is 1.63s,and the opening and closing time of the butterfly valve is less than 1.63s,a direct water hammer will occur,and the water hammer pressure value reaches 3MPa,which should be avoided in actual operation;(2)When the full load is discarded,the first phase water hammer will occur in the penstock of the power station,and the maximum water hammer pressure is 76 m,is 19.1%of the design head.Relevant research results can be used as the basis for the safety review calculation of pressure pipelines.
