摘 要:结核病(tuberculosis,TB)是一种主要由结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,Mtb)引起的重大传染病。虽然有治疗性药物,但全世界TB的发病率和致死率仍居高不下。随着Mtb耐药菌株的增多及人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)合并感染等问题日益突出,TB的防控形势严峻,亟需研发安全、有效的新型结核疫苗。目前新型结核疫苗开发已取得很大进展,多种不同类型的候选结核疫苗进入临床研究阶段。现就新型结核疫苗研究的最新进展及其诱导的抗Mtb免疫应答作一概述。Tuberculosis(TB)is a major infectious disease mainly caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Although there are therapeutic drugs,the morbidity and mortality rate caused by TB are still high worldwide.With the increase of drug-resistant strains and HIV co-infection,the prevention and control of TB remain grim,and a safe and effective vaccine against TB is urgently needed.In recent years,great progress has been made in the development of novel TB vaccines,and a number of different types of TB vaccine candidates have progressed into clinical trials.In this paper,the latest progress of research on novel TB vaccines and the induction of immune responses against Mycobacterium tuberculosis is summarized,in order to provide reference for the development of novel TB vaccines.
