摘  要:耐碳青霉烯类革兰阴性菌(carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacteria,CRGNB)是医院感染常见的耐药致病菌,主要包括耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌(carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae,CRKP)、耐碳青霉烯类铜绿假单胞菌(carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa,CRPA)和耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌(carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii,CRAB)等,这类细菌引起的感染临床治疗难度较大,而抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptides,AMPs)是一类用于治疗CRGNB有着很好前景的药物,能与临床上常见的抗生素联合使用,在用于CRGNB引起的感染中抗菌效果较为显著。现就AMPs的来源、抗菌机制和研究现状等作一概述。Carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacteria(CRGNB)are the common drug-resistant pathogens in nosocomial infections,mainly including carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRKP),carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa(CRPA)and carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumanni(CRAB),etc.Infections caused by CRGNB have gradually worsened and become a major challenge in the clinical treatment.Therefore,strong countermeasures must be taken against these bacteria immediately,among them antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)are considered to be a prospective class of antibacterial agents that have shown promising results when treated to against CRGNB in combination with commonly used antibiotics.This article provides an overview of the sources,antibacterial mechanisms,and research status of AMPs.
