摘 要:鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii,AB)是一种革兰阴性条件致病菌,可引起呼吸机相关性肺炎(ventilator-associated pneumonia,VAP)、败血症(septicemia)、脑膜炎(meningitis)等重大疾病,近年来其发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势。碳青霉烯类抗生素和黏菌素作为治疗严重AB感染的“最后防线”,其耐药率逐年递增,可供临床治疗的选择越来越少,新药研发迫在眉睫。蛋白质磷酸化修饰参与调控AB对抗生素的敏感性、生物膜的形成和双组份系统,与其耐药性密切相关,许多磷酸化蛋白质及磷酸化位点有很大的潜力成为药物靶点。现就蛋白质的磷酸化修饰在AB耐药性中的作用作一概述,旨在探究其对新型抗生素靶标开发设计的价值贡献。The opportunistic Gram-negative bacterial pathogen Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)can cause serious infectious diseases,such as ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP),septicemia and meningitis,which are associated with increased morbidity and mortality in recent years.Carbapenem and colistin,as the"last line of defense"in the treatment of severe AB infection,have been less available since the drug resistance rate of AB is growing year by year,so the research and development of new antibiotics is imminent.Protein phosphorylation is involved in the regulation of AB's sensitivity to antibiotics,biofilm formation and two-component system,and is closely related to its drug resistance.Multiple phosphorylated proteins and phosphorylated sites have a great potential to become drug targets.This article reviews the role of protein phosphorylation in AB resistance in order to explore its contribution to the development and design of novel antibiotic targets.
