摘　　要：口腔颌面锥形束CT作为口腔医学领域最常用的三维成像方式,在国内应用越来越广泛。然而与之俱来的辐射安全、检查适应证等问题尚缺乏完善的条例及标准,可能带来不合理使用等问题。历年来,国际上陆续发布了合理使用口腔颌面锥形束CT检查的临床指南、声明或共识,为当地的从业人员提供规范指导。本文对这些规范文件进行回顾和总结,以期为国内相关指南的制订提供参考。Oro-maxillofacial cone-beam CT(CBCT)is the most widely used three-dimensional imaging method in the field of oral and maxillofacial radiology.It has been widely used in China,while radiation safety,examination indications and other issues still lack comprehensive regulations and standards.Over the years,clinical guidelines and position statements for the rational use of CBCT examinations have been issued in the world,providing standardized instructions for local practitioners.This paper reviewed these guidelines to provide reference for the formulation of relevant guidelines in China.
