摘　　要：利用羊毛与长绒棉混纺纱,通过对原材料的选择,设计合理的纺纱工艺以保证产品质量,有效地解决了长绒棉纤维在精纺设备中不易牵伸、混合不均匀、易产生毛粒等问题,确保纱线的品质达到一等品的要求。对生产精纺长绒棉与羊毛混纺纱的纺纱工序,如复精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等关键工序中的要点与难点进行分析,以加强纱线品质控制要求。The use of wool and long-staple cotton blended yarn,through the selection of raw materials,the design of reasonable spinning process to ensure product quality,effectively solved the long-staple cotton fiber in the worsted equipment is not easy to draft,uneven mixing,easy to produce wool grains and other problems,to ensure that the quality of the yarn meets the requirements of the first class.The key points and difficulties in the spinning process of producing worsted long-staple cotton and wool blended yarn,such as combing,joining,roving,fine yarn,winding,etc.,are analyzed to strengthen the yarn quality control requirements.
