摘　　要：面对针织厂日益增多的来样加工需求,应快速分析来样组织并设计出上机工艺。文中所使用的推导方法,不同于针织专业书籍中关于意匠图、织针排列图和三角排列图的表达方式,而是以非专业人员的思维方式,以每一枚针的编织状态为研究对象,确定其编织路相应位置上使用的三角类型,该方法尤其适用于有一定工作经验,但未受过系统性针织专业教育的从业人员。采用逐针、逐路、逐步分析推演的方式,介绍了3种常见单面圆机面料的组织分析和上机工艺,并总结工艺设计时的几个原则。According to increasing orders based on supplied fabrics,manufacturer should analyze the fabric structure and design the process as fast as possible.Different from the statement of traditional theory of design drawing,needles arrangement and cams arrangement,this paper applied the relationship between each needle and its knitting status in each feeder to deduce the knitting process.The theory mentioned in this paper is especially suitable for training the technician whom without a professional education in knitting.Elaborated the structure analysis and process design of three types single circular knitting fabric,and several principles which using in the analysis are summarized in this paper.
