摘  要:为研究阻燃聚酯纤维的染色热力学机理,采用分散蓝染料对阻燃聚酯纤维进行染色热力学染色试验并绘制染料染色吸附等温线。结果表明,随着染液浓度的增加,分散蓝染料对阻燃聚酯纤维的上染率增加,直至染色达到平衡,分散蓝染料对阻燃聚酯纤维的染色吸附等温线符合能斯特型特征;当染色温度从125℃提高到130℃时,分配系数K升高,染料对纤维的染色亲和力提高,染色热值为正,染色过程为吸热过程,染料上染性能较好;当染色温度从130℃提高到135℃时,分配系数K降低,染料对纤维的染色亲和力降低,染色热值为负,染色过程为放热过程,染料上染性能较差。阻燃聚酯纤维采用分散蓝染料的染色温度不宜超过130℃。In order to research the dyeing thermodynamic mechanism of flame retardant polyester fiber,disperse blue dye was used to dye the flame retardant polyester fiber for thermodynamic dyeing experiment and the dying adsorption isotherm was drawn.The results show that with the increase of dye liquor concentration,the dyeing rate of disperse blue dye on flame retardant polyester fiber increases until the dyeing reaches equilibrium,and the dyeing and adsorption isotherm of disperse blue dye on flame retardant polyester fiber conforms to the Nernst type feature.When the dyeing temperature increases from 125℃to 130℃,the distribution coefficient K increases,the dyeing affinity of the dye to the fiber increases,the dyeing heat value is positive,the dyeing process is an endothermic process,and the dyeing performance of the dye is better;When the dyeing temperature increases from 130 C to 135 C,the partition coefficient K decreases,the dyeing affinity of the dye to the fiber decreases,the dyeing heat value is negative,the dyeing process is an exothermic process,and the dyeing performance of the dye is poor.The dyeing temperature of flame retardant polyester fiber with disperse blue dye should not exceed 130 C.
