涤棉一浴法短流程染色工艺研究

摘　　要：针对传统涤棉织物染色加工工艺生产流程长、效率低、能耗高的情况,采用新型涤棉一浴法短流程工艺,同浴上染涤纶和棉。保证涤棉颜色匹配的情况下,深色系列变色牢度做到4~5级、耐皂洗沾色牢度达到4级以上、干摩4级以上、湿摩3级以上,完全可以达到传统两浴法染色牢度水平,满足客户对颜色和色牢度需求,大小样重现性好。同时节约生产用水40%,减少工艺时间50%,无需保险粉、单独套棉、碱、片碱还原清洗,节约化工料,契合企业增产增效、节能减排的发展趋势。In view of the long production process,low efficiency and high energy consumption of the current polyester and cotton fabric dyeing process,a new polyester and cotton one-bath short-process is adopted to dye polyester and cotton in one bath.Under the condition of ensuring the color matching of polyester and coton,the color fastness of the dark color series can reach 4~5 levels,the color fastness to soaping can reach more than 4 levels,the dry rubbing can reach more than 4 levels,and the wet rubbing can reach more than 3 levels,which can completely reach the level of the traditional two-bath dyeing fastness,meet the customer's requirements for color and fastness,and the size sample has good reproducibility.At the same time,it saves 40%of production water,reduces 50%of process time,eliminates the need for sodium hydrosulfite,separate cotton,alkali and flake alkali reduction cleaning,saves chemical materials,and conforms to the development trend of increasing production and fficiency,energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises.
