摘 要:河湖库水系连通已成为提高区域水资源统筹调配能力,改善水生态环境状况和抵御自然灾害的重要途径。以广州市增城区中部河湖水系连通工程为例,分析工程实施的必要性及实施效果,结果表明城市通过合理的河湖水系连通,不仅可以提高城市备用水源保障能力,确保城市供水安全,还可以提高区域水资源互通互济调控水平,增强水体流动性,保护恢复河流生态廊道,有助于构建现代水网络体系。可为其他城市河湖库水系连通工程提供参考。River and lake water system connection has become an important way to improve the overall allocation capacity of regional water resources,improve the aquatic environment and resist natural disasters.Taking the river and lake water system connection project in the middle of Zengcheng District of Guangzhou as an example,the necessity and implementation effects of the project are analyzed.The results show that through reasonable river and lake water system connection,the city can not only improve the guarantee capacity of urban standby water source and ensure the safety of urban water supply,but also improve the regulatory level of exchange of regional water resources,enhance the fluidity of water body,protect and restore the river ecological corridor.It is helpful to build a modern water network system.The research can provide reference for river and lake water system connection projects in other cities in China.
