摘　　要：大中型水库移民后期扶持基金项目老库区供水管网连通工程,进一步完善城乡供水设施,是推进新农村建设、解决民生问题的一项重要内容。为此,结合孟州市老库区供水管网连通工程施工中管材管件安装技术展开分析研究。结果表明,综合自然状况、移民安置情况及工程建设内容,全面了解工程概况;由管网管材选择分析确定:DN≥150采用涂塑复合钢管,DN<150采用PE给水管;着重管道工程施工工艺流程、管道工程施工技术及管道试压等三方面研究供水管网工程管材管件安装技术,为老库区供水管网连通工程施工质量提供重要保证。也可为类似工程项目建设参考借鉴。The connectivity project for the water supply pipeline network in the old reservoir area,funded by the late-stage support fund for large and medium-sized reservoirs and resettlement projects,aims to further improve urban and rural water supply facilities.It.is an important content to promote the new rural construction and solve the livelihood problems.Therefore,an analysis and research on the installation techniques of pipe materials and fittings during the construction of the water supply pipeline network in the old reservoir area in Mengzhou City was conducted.The results indicate that a comprehensive understanding of the project overview is essential,taking into account the natural conditions,resettlement situation,and project construction content.The selection analysis of pipe materials for the pipeline network determined that DN≥150 should use plastic-coated composite steel pipes,while DN<150 should use PE water supply pipes.The research focuses on three aspects:pipeline construction process,pipeline construction technology,and pipeline pressure testing,to study the installation techniques of pipe materials and fittings for the water supply pipeline network project.This provides an important guarantee for the construction quality of the water supply pipeline network in the old reservoir area.It can also serve as a reference for similar construction projects.
