摘　　要：工程上的不可抗力是指合同订立时,不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况。由于建设项目工期长、结构复杂等特点,建设过程中不可避免地可能会遇到不可抗力因素的影响,不可抗力发生后,一般会造成人员大面积流动或聚集,导致施工人员无法按时到岗施工作业,施工所需的原材料生产、建筑施工材料、设备等价格大幅上涨,人工成本迅速增加,以及由于种种原因,人工、材料、机械未必及时到位等因素引起的施工降效,导致项目成本增加、行业利润受到挤压,这些都对建设项目的成本和进度造成了巨大的压力,如何合理分担风险,促进施工企业与业主单位之间的良性循环,不可抗力影响下的建设项目投资增加费用研究显得尤为重要。Force majeure in the project refers to the unforeseeable,unavoidable and insurmountable objective circumstances when the contract is concluded.Due to the characteristics of long construction period and complex structure,the construction process may inevitably encounter the influence of force majeure factors.After the occurrence of force majeure,it will generally cause a large number of personnel flow or gathering,resulting in the inability of personnel to work on time.It will also lead to the sharply and rapidly risen for prices or cost of raw material,construction materials,equipment and labor,construction efficiency reduction due to labor,materials and machinery deficiency.All of the above factors will result in increased project costs and squeezed industry profits,which will cause great pressure on the cost and schedule of construction projects.So,it is particularly important to study the increased cost of construction project investment under the influence of force majeure for sharing the risk reasonably and promoting the virtuous circle between the construction enterprise and the owner.
