摘  要:Fabrication of optical fiber tapers is realized with a combination of plasmonic microheaters and specially designed structural bending of optical fibers,which provide the necessary elements of"heat and pull".The resultant compactness and flame-free condition enable monitoring of the tapering process inside a scanning electron microscope.
