摘　　要：文章基于浙江省国家突发急性传染病防控队建设管理实践经验,提出卫生应急队伍建设管理优化建议,应适时合理调整队员构成、优化队伍能力梯队建设,完善应急体制机制,突出培训演练多样化及实战性,搭建区域协作联动平台,建立完善队员休整机制以及可结合信息化手段提升队伍管理效能。The national emergency response team for infectious disease hazards in Zhejiang Province started construction in 2016,and completed establishment and acceptance in July 2019.Zhejiang Provincial Health Commission is responsible for their establishment and management,while Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention is responsible for the specific development and routine management.In this paper,suggestions for optimizing the construction and management of the emergency response team were put forward based on the practical experience in the construction and management of the national emergency response team in Zhejiang Province.It is necessary to adjust the composition of team members in a timely and reasonable manner,optimize the capacity building of team members,improve the emergency system and mechanism,highlight the diversification and practicality of emergency response training and drills,build regional cooperation and interaction platforms,establish and improve the team's rest and recuperation mechanism and improve team management efficiency based on information technology.
