摘  要:针对常规光纤复合低压电缆(OPLC)因光单元耐热性较差造成的应用困境,进行了耐热型光单元OPLC的自主研制。通过合理调整光单元放置位置,并在原有光单元基础上增设隔热层结构、选择合适的隔热材料,优化设计了耐热型光单元。COMSOL软件仿真结果表明耐热型光单元OPLC有效减小了电力线芯短暂高温环境对光纤传输特性的影响,实测结果表明其性能指标与常规OPLC基本一致且同时满足了智能电网对OPLC光纤耐热特性要求(即在高于OPLC工作最高标准温度10%持续时间15 min时光纤衰减变化不超过0.2 dB/km)。该耐热型光单元OPLC的接续和安装敷设技术要求与常规OPLC基本相同,重点在于光/电布放结构设计和光/电分离技术。该耐热型光单元OPLC产品的推出可使OPLC进一步应用于更高的电压等级,具有较高的推广价值。Aiming at the application dilemma of conventional OPLC due to poor heat resistance of optical unit,the independent development of the heat resistant optical unit OPLC is carried out.The heat resistant optical unit is optimized and designed by reasonably adjusting the position of the optical unit,adding an insulation layer structure on the basis of the original optical unit,and selecting appropriate heat insulation materials.The simulation results of COMSOL software show that the heat resistant optical unit OPLC can effectively reduce the impact of the transient high temperature environment of the power core on the optical fiber transmission characteristics.The measured results show that its performance index is basically consistent with that of conventional OPLC and meets the requirement of smart grid for OPLC optical fiber heat resistance characteristic(i.e.the optical fiber attenuation change does not exceed 0.2 dB/km when it is 10% higher than the maximum working standard temperature of OPLC for 15 min).The technical requirements for the connection,installation and laying of the heat resistant optical unit OPLC are basically the same as those of the conventional OPLC,with the focus on the optical/electric layout structure design and optical/electric separation technology.The introduction of the heat resistant optical unit OPLC product can make the OPLC further applied to higher voltage levels and has high promotion value.
