舒血宁注射液联合硝酸异山梨酯片在老年充血性心力衰竭患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒血宁注射液联合硝酸异山梨酯片在老年充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2019年6月至2022年6月本院收治的92例老年CHF患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组(n=46,硝酸异山梨酯片加用舒血宁注射液治疗)和对照组(n=46例,仅用硝酸异山梨酯片治疗).比较两组治疗前、治疗8周后中医证候评分、心功能、心力衰竭标志物与血液流变性,比较两组治疗期间的不良反应发生率.结果:治疗8周后,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平、血浆黏度及血小板聚集率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未发生严重不良反应.结论:舒血宁注射液联合硝酸异山梨酯片治疗可缓解老年CHF患者临床症状,改善心功能及血液流变性,且不会增加不良反应.Objective:To investigate the application effect of shuxuening injection combined with isosorbide dinitrate tablets in elderly patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:From June 2019 to June 2022,92 elderly patients with CHF in our hospital were selected in this study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group(n=46,isosorbide dinitrate tablets and shuxuening injection)and the control group(n=46,isosorbide dinitrate tablets only).The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,cardiac function,heart failure marker and hemorheology were compared before and after 8 weeks of treatment between the two groups.And the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment was compared.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,The TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level,plasma viscosity,and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Shuxuening injection combined with isosorbide dinitrate tablets can relieve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with CHF,improve cardiac function and hemorheology,and not increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
