川芎嗪注射液辅助无创正压通气治疗老年肺心病患者的回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨川芎嗪注射液辅助无创正压通气治疗老年肺心病的有效性及对炎症指标、凝血功能的改善作用.方法:选取2019年6月至2020年10月信阳市第四人民医院收治的132例老年肺心病患者作为研究对象.采用单双号法将其分为观察组(n=66,在无创正压通气的基础上给予川芎嗪注射液)和对照组(n=66,仅给予无创正压通气).连续治疗2周,对比两组总有效率、呼吸循环指标、炎症指标及不良反应.结果:观察组总有效率9215:482023/10/18C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-8水平,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率6.06%,与对照组9.09%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:川芎嗪注射液辅助无创正压通气治疗老年肺心病患者疗效确切,能降低肺动脉压,减弱炎性反应.Objective:To explore the clinical effectiveness of chuan ligustrazine injection assisting non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on elderly corpulmonale patients.Methods:A total of 132 elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Xinyang City from June 2019 to October 2020 were selected as subjects in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=66,treated by chuan ligustrazine combined with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation)and control group(n=66,treated by non-invasive positive pressure ventilation only).After continuous treatment for 2 weeks,the total effective rate,respiratory and circulatory function,inflammatory indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of 92.42%in the observation group was higher than that of 80.30%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate,respiratory rate and pulsatile pulmonary pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrsis factor(TNF)-αand interleukin(IL)-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 6.06%and 9.09%,respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chuan ligustrazine injection assisted by non-invasive positive pressure ventilation has a definite therapeutic effect on elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease,which can reduce pulmonary artery pressure,reduce inflammatory responses,and improve coagulation function.
