氟罗沙星联合金英胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:分析氟罗沙星联合金英胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效.方法:选取灵宝市第一人民医院2019年3月至2021年3月收治的120例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象.以就诊单序号分组,将序号为双数者纳入观察组(n=60,采用氟罗沙星联合金英胶囊治疗),单数者纳入对照组(n=60,采用氟罗沙星治疗).两组均治疗4周.比较两组临床疗效、炎症指标[血清粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)、转化生长因子(TGF)-β1]水平及不良反应发生率.结果:观察组疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后,血清GM-CSF水平较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组;而TGF-β1水平较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:氟罗沙星联合金英胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎,可有效减轻患者炎症指标水平,提高临床疗效,并且安全性好.Objective:To analyze the efficacy of fleroxacin combined with jinying capsule in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the First People's Hospital of Lingbao from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected in this study.According to the serial number of the medical treatment form,60 patients with an even serial number were included in the observation group,and 60 patients with an odd serial number were included in the control group.The observation group was treated with fleroxacin combined with jinying capsule,while the control group was treated with fleroxacin.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,levels of the inflammatory indicators[serum granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF),transforming growth factor(TGF)β1],and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum GM-CSF level in both groups of patients decreased,and the serum GM-CSF level in observation group was lower than that in control group;And serum TGF-β1 level increased compared to before treatment,and the TCF-β1 level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with fleroxacin combined with jinying capsule can effectively improve the inflammatory indicators levels of patients and enhance the efficacy.
