摘　　要：目的:分析苍耳子鼻炎滴丸对过敏性鼻炎临床疗效、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及炎性因子的影响.方法:选取2021年8月至2022年8月郑州卷烟厂康复医院收治的76例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象.按照治疗方式不同将其分为观察组(n=39,给予氯雷地定+苍耳子鼻炎滴丸治疗)和对照组(n=37,仅给予氯雷地定治疗).比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前及治疗14d后VAS、白细胞介素(IL)-4、干扰素(IFN)-γ、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α等炎性因子水平和不良反应发生率.结果:观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者VAS评分、IL-4、TNF-α水平低于对照组,IFN-γ水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:采用苍耳子鼻炎滴丸治疗过敏性鼻炎,可提高临床疗效,改善血清炎性因子水平.Objective:To analyze the effects of xanthium biyan dropping pills on clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and inflammatory factors of allergic rhinitis.Methods:Patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to Zhengzhou Cigarette Factory Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected in this study.They were divided into observation group(n=39,Loratadine+xanthizi biyan dropping pill)and control group(n=37,Loratadine only)according to different treatment methods.The clinical treatment efficacy,VAS score before and after treatment,and the levels of inflammatory factors after treatment such as interleukin(IL)-4,interferon(IFN)-γ,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group patients'VAS score,IL-4,TNF-αwere lower level than those of control group,IFN-γlevel was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xanthium biyan dropping pills can significantly improve the clinical eficacy,reduce patients'VAS score and improve the level of inflammatory factors in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis,which is worthy of wide application.
