传染消毒隔离结合预见性护理对重症肝炎患者肝功能及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析传染消毒隔离与预见性护理联合应用于重症肝炎患者的临床效果及对其肝功能的影响.方法:选取本院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的60例重症肝炎患者作为研究对象.按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30).在传染消毒隔离基础上,观察组接受常规护理并加用预见性护理,对照组仅接受常规护理.比较两组患者的临床效果.结果:观察组肝功能各指标及不良情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组免疫功能各指标高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:传染消毒隔离结合预见性护理的应用能够有效改善重症肝炎患者肝功能,减少并发症发生,可推广应用.Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of infectious disinfection and isolation combined with predictive nursing on severe hepatitis patients and its influence liver function.Methods:Sixty patients with severe hepatitis admited to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected in this study.And they were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).On the basis of infectious disinfection and isolation,the observation group received predictive care,while the control group received routine care.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the levels of various indicators of liver function and negative emotions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of various immune function indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of infectious disinfection and isolation combined with predictive care can effectively improve liver function and reduce related complications in patients with severe hepatitis,and can be promoted applied.
