摘　　要：目的:研究节点管理在无偿献血管理中的应用效果.方法:选取2019年7月至2020年7月于驻马店市中心血站无偿献血的142例志愿者为研究对象并纳入研究组.另选取2018年6月至2019年6月于同一家血站无偿献血的131例志愿者纳入对照组.研究组使用节点管理方式,对照组使用常规管理方式.比较两组志愿者采血前献血知识掌握情况,心理状况及再次献血率.结果:研究组志愿者采血前血小板作用、献血对健康的影响、献血安全知识掌握评分,均明显高于对照组;心理状况评分明显低于对照组;再次献血率明显高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:节点管理用于无偿献血管理中,可提高志愿者对献血相关知识掌握程度,改善其心理状况,并提高志愿者再次献血率.Objective:To study the application effect of node management in the management of unpaid blood donation.Methods:A total of 142 volunteers who donated blood in the Zhumadian Central Blood Station between July 2019 and July 2020 were selected in this study and included in the study group.In addition,131 volunteers who donated blood in same blood station between June 2018 and June 2019 were selected and included in the control group.The study group used node management,and the control group applied conventional management.The mastery of blood donation knowledge before blood collection,psychological status and re-donation rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Before blood collection,the scores of knowledge mastery of platelet effect,influence of blood donation on health and blood donation safety in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The psychological status scores were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The re-donation rate was significantly higher in study group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Node management in the management of unpaid blood donation can enhance the volunteers'mastery of knowledge of blood donation,improve their psychological status and increase the re-donation rate.
