摘 要:为评价发泡用水量对泡沫温拌沥青混合料力学性能的影响,以优化确定沥青的发泡用水量,研究了不同发泡用水量条件下泡沫温拌沥青混合料(FWMA)和泡沫温拌SBS改性沥青混合料(SBS-FWMA)力学性能的变化规律,包括抗水损坏性能、抗车辙性能、抗低温开裂性能、动态黏弹特性和抗疲劳性能,并与相应的热拌沥青混合料(HMA)和热拌SBS改性沥青混合料(SBS-HMA)进行了对比分析。结果表明:在一定发泡用水量条件下,FWMA的抗水损坏性能相比HMA无明显变化,SBS-FWMA的冻融劈裂强度比略低于SBS-HMA;FWMA的抗车辙性能优于HMA,且随用水量的增大逐渐增强,SBS-FWMA的抗车辙性能受发泡用水量的影响较低;FWMA的抗低温开裂性能总体上不如HMA,SBS-FWMA则刚好相反,温度越低,FWMA和SBS-FWMA的低温抗裂性能对发泡用水量的敏感度越大;FWMA的动态模量主曲线分布特征与HMA一致,常规荷载作用频率下,用水量对FWMA的模量起正相关作用,对SBS-FWMA的影响较小;FWMA和SBS-FWMA的疲劳寿命均优于相应的HMA,随着发泡用水量的增加,FWMA的疲劳寿命总体上逐渐降低,SBS-FWMA的疲劳寿命先增后减,低应变水平条件下WMA的疲劳寿命大致是HMA的1.2倍。综合FWMA和SBS-FWMA的各项力学性能以及基质沥青和SBS改性沥青的发泡效果,建议基质沥青发泡用水量不宜超过1%,SBS改性沥青的发泡用水量不宜超过2%。In order to evaluate the influence of foaming water content on the mechanical properties of FWMA,and to optimize and determine the foaming water content of asphalt,the variations of the mechanical properties(moisture damage resistance,rutting resistance,low-temperature cracking resistance,dynamic viscoelastic properties and fatigue resistance)of FWMA and SBS-FWMA under different foaming water contents are studied,and compared with those of the corresponding HMA and SBS-HMA.The result shows that(1)With certain foaming water content,the moisture damage resistance of WMA is not significantly different from that of HMA,and the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of SBS-FWMA is slightly smaller than that of SBS-HMA.(2)The rutting resistance of FWMA is better than that of HMA,and it gradually increases with the increase of water content,while the rutting resistance of SBS-FWMA is less affected by the foaming water content.(3)The low-temperature cracking resistance is generally poor than that of HMA,while that of SBS-FWMA is just the opposite,the lower the temperature,the greater the sensitivity of FWMA and SBS-FWMA to foaming water content.(4)The distribution characteristics of the dynamic modulus master curve of FWMA is consistent with that of HMA.Under conventional load frequency,the water content has positive correlation with the modulus of FWMA,but its influence on SBS-FWMA is relatively small.(5)The fatigue lives of FWMA and SBS-FWMA are better than that of the corresponding HMA.With the increase of foaming water content,the fatigue life of gradually decreases in general,and that of SBS-FWMA increases first and then decreases.The fatigue life of WMA at low strain level is approximately 1.2 times that of HMA.Integrating the various mechanical properties of FWMA and SBS-FWMA as well as the foaming effect of matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,it is suggested that the foaming water contents of matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt should not exceed 1%and 2%respectively.
