摘 要:为了研究丁苯橡胶(SBR)对水泥乳化沥青胶浆黏度及水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)力学性能的影响,采用布氏黏度计和万能试验机分别测试了水泥乳化沥青胶浆黏度及CA砂浆力学性能。首先建立了水泥与沥青乳液相互作用模型和SBR分子与沥青乳液颗粒交联网状结构理论模型,并测试了不同温度和沥青乳液与水泥质量比(A/C)下,胶浆黏度随时间的变化规律,确定了水泥乳化沥青和SBR改性水泥乳化沥青砂浆配合比。然后测试了砂浆力学强度,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观测了砂浆的微观形貌,观察了水泥乳化沥青复合胶凝材料间相互工作特征和作用机理,进而分析了SBR分子对水泥乳化沥青复合胶凝材料性能改善机理。结果表明:SBR分子与乳化沥青颗粒发生交联作用,形成较为稳定的结构体系,提高胶浆的初始黏度,使胶浆能够保持较长时间的低黏度状态,有利于施工的进行;沥青乳液的掺量越多,砂浆力学强度越低,A/C为0.4时的SBR改性砂浆力学强度最优,相较于未改性砂浆28 d抗压强度和抗折强度分别提升了24.9%,14.3%;减水剂对未改性砂浆的力学强度具有明显改善效果,28 d抗压强度和抗折强分别提升了22.1%,17.4%;改性后的砂浆内部形成了由水泥水化产物与SBR改性乳化沥青交错联结的空间网状结构,界面处衔接致密连续,是黏度和力学性能提升的主要原因。In order to study the influence of SBR on the viscosity of cement emulsified asphalt mortar and the mechanical properties of cement emulsified asphalt mortar(CA mortar),the viscosity of cement emulsified asphalt mortar and the mechanical properties of CA mortar are tested by Brinell viscometer and universal testing machine respectively.First,the interaction model between cement and asphalt emulsion and the theoretical model of cross-linking network structure of SBR molecules and asphalt emulsion particles are established,the change rule of viscosity of mortar with time at different temperatures and Mass radioofasphalt emulsion and Cement(A/C)is tested,and mix proportions of cement emulsified asphalt and SBR modified cement emulsified asphalt mortar are determined.Then,the mechanical strength of mortar is tested,the microscopic morphology of mortar is observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the working characteristics and mechanism of cement emulsified asphalt composite cementitious materials are observed,and the improvement mechanism of SBR molecules on the performance of cement emulsified asphalt composite cementitious materials is analyzed.The result shows that(1)SBR molecules and emulsified asphalt particles cross-linked to form a relatively stable structural system,improve the initial viscosity of the mortar,so that the mortar can maintain a low viscosity state for a long time,which is conducive to the construction;(2)the more the asphalt emulsion is added,the lower the mechanical strength of mortar,the mechanical strength of SBR modified mortar is the best when A/C is 0.4,and the compressive strength and flexural strength of SBR modified mortar are increased by 24.9%and 14.3%respectively compared with unmodified mortar for 28 days;(3)the modified mortar formed the space network structure interlaced by cement hydration products and SBR modified emulsified asphalt,the interface connection is dense and continuous,which is the main reason for the improvement of viscosity and mechanical properties.
