摘 要:钢-超高性能混凝土(UHPC)组合梁的纵向抗剪性能严重影响组合梁的正常使用和结构安全性。为探究钢-UHPC组合梁的纵向抗剪性能,完善钢-UHPC组合梁中UHPC板的纵向抗剪承载能力计算公式,对2个钢-UHPC组合梁试件展开了四点弯曲试验,通过试验观测得到该组合梁的开裂损伤模式、荷载-挠度曲线、钢-混界面滑移发展等结构行为。在试验研究的基础上,基于Abaqus中混凝土塑性损伤模型建立了该组合梁的有限元模型,通过将有限元模拟得到的荷载-挠度曲线与试验得到的结果对比,证明了该有限元模型的正确性。基于该数值模型,通过参数分析确定了UHPC板中斜压杆发展角度,给出了斜压杆发展角度的拟合公式。基于传统的钢筋混凝土拉压杆理论,考虑UHPC抗拉强度,修正了钢-UHPC组合梁纵向抗剪承载能力计算公式。结果表明:布置纵向双排栓钉的钢-UHPC组合梁,UHPC板纵向剪切裂缝呈八字形延伸发展,其裂缝发展形式与相同栓钉布置方式的普通混凝土板相似;钢-混凝土组合梁采用UHPC翼缘板,拉-压杆模型中压杆与拉杆的承载力均得到提高,能有效提高混凝土板纵向抗剪承载能力;通过与数值结果对比,证明修正的钢-UHPC组合梁的纵向抗剪承载力计算公式具有良好的精度。The longitudinal shear performance of steel-UHPC composite girders seriously affects the normal use and structural safety of composite girders.In order to investigate the longitudinal shear performance and improve the theoretical calculation formula of the longitudinal bearing capacity of UHPC slab in steel-UHPC composite girders,four-point bending test on 2 steel-UHPC composite girder specimens is conducted.The cracking damage mode,load-deflection curve and structural behaviors such as slip development at the steelconcrete interface are obtained by experimental measurement.On the basis of the experimental study,the finite element model of composite girders is established based on the concrete plastic damage model in Abaqus.The correctness of the finite element model is proved by the comparison between the load-deflection curves of the calculation result and the experimental result.Based on the numerical model,the development angle of diagonal strut in UHPC slab is determined by parameter analysis,and the fitting formula of the development angle is given.Based on traditional reinforced concrete strut-and-tie theory and considering the tensile strength of UHPC,the calculation formula of the longitudinal shear bearing capacity of steel-UHPC composite girder is revised.The result shows that(1)the longitudinal shear cracks of UHPC slab in steel-UHPC composite girder with double-row studs in longitudinal direction extended and developed in splayed shape,and the cracking development is similar to that of ordinary concrete slab with the same stud arrangement;(2)the adoption of UHPC flanges in steel-concrete composite girder can improve the bearing capacity of the load-bearing capacity of the struts and ties in the strut-and-tie model,and can improve the bearing capacity of the UHPC slab;(3)compared with the numerical analysis result,it is proved that the revised calculation formula of the longitudinal shear bearing capacity of steel-UHPC composite girder has good accuracy.
