摘  要:采用FLAC3D软件模拟分析了采空区矿柱的稳定性,发现充填治理采空区后,矿柱的稳定性显著改善。首先采用挖机干式回采+造浆后管道输送的方式,将老尾矿库尾矿与破磨后的矿石一同进入再磨流程;然后通过增加深锥浓密系统和混凝土拖泵提高尾砂利用率,增加充填距离,优化改造现有充填系统;最后采用环形中深孔爆破回采顶底柱,以切割天井为自由面深孔爆破崩落回采间柱,遥控铲运机完成出矿。经过1 a的现场工业试验,老尾矿再选获得Au回收率为57%,年增净利润3471万元;矿柱回采率为70%~80%,新增2.4万t矿石量和97 kg金属量,新增利润2965万元,经济效果显著。The stability of the pillars in the goaf was simulated and analyzed by FLAC3D software.It was found that the stability of the pillars was significantly improved after the goaf was treatment by filling.Firstly,the tailings from old tailings pond and the broken ore were entered into the regrinding process by means of dry mining of excavator+pipeline transportation after pulping.Then,by increasing the deep cone thickening system and concrete towing pump to improve the utilization rate of tailings and filling distance,the existing filling system was optimized and reformed.Finally,the circular medium deep hole blasting was used to extract the pillars at the roof and floor,and the cutting courtyard was used as the free surface for deep hole blasting to collapse and extract the mining pillars.The ore was then extracted by a remote controlled scraper.After one year of field industrial test,the recovery rate of Au obtained by re-concentration of old tailings is 57%,and the annual net profit is 34.71 million RMB.The recovery rate of the pillar is 70%-80%,with an increase of 24000 tons of ore and 97 kg of metal,and a new profit of 29.65 million RMB.The economic efficiency is remarkable.
