摘 要:实现矿山生产能力的达产稳产是一个复杂的系统工程与管理问题。以乌兰铅锌矿为背景,系统调查分析了其产能长期不达标的原因。通过改用大直径深孔阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法、配套建设全尾砂胶结充填系统、优化双斜坡道开拓系统、升级井下铲装运采矿装备等多种技改手段,提升井下单采场生产能力至1000 t/d以上,提高矿山采、装、运效率约60%,实现了乌兰铅锌矿产能由2000 t/d提升到3000 t/d的达产稳产,技改后采矿直接成本降幅达16%,年平均利润约1.78亿元人民币,达到了矿山降本增效的显著效果。该矿山产能提升的实践能为国内外类似矿山产能提升提供有效借鉴。Achieving stable production capacity in mines is a complex system engineering and management issue.Taking the Ullan lead-zinc mine as the background,a systematic investigation and analysis were conducted to study the reasons for its long-term failure to meet production standards.Through various technological transformation methods such as using largediameter deep-hole stage open pit and subsequent filling mining method,supporting the construction of a full tailings cemented filling system,optimizing the development system with double inclined shaft,and upgrading the underground mining,loading,and transportation equipment,the production capacity of the underground single mining site was increased to over 1ooo t/d,and the mining,loading,and transportation efficiency was improved by about 60%.Meanwhile,the production capacity of Ullan lead-zinc mine was increased from 2000 t/d to 3000 t/d,the direct mining cost was reduced by 16%after technical transformation,and the average annual profit was about 178 million RMB,which achieved the remarkable effect of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.The practice of mining capacity expansion of this mine can provide an effective reference for similar mines both domestically and internationally.
