摘 要:为了研究充填采煤工艺及应用时充填和采煤的最佳配合关系,以某矿工作面为试验对象,运用FLAC3D对膏体充填采煤工艺应用时的岩层移动规律进行模拟研究。通过分析得到了保证地表合理移动范围的条带宽度及采充比;观测得到地面建筑物损坏等级控制在Ⅰ级内,损坏分类为极轻微,满足地面建筑物和水体保护要求;采用的泵送矸石充填开采技术体系实现“三下”采煤且资源化利用大量固体废料,可最大程度提高煤炭回收率和延长矿井服务年限。In order to obtain the best matching relationship between the filling and mining during the filling mining technology and its application,FLAC3D was used to simulate the rock strata movement law during the application of the backfilled coal mining technology at a mine working face.The research results show that the width of the filling strips and the mining-filling ratio are obtained to ensure a reasonable range of surface movement.Observation results show that the damage level of ground buildings is controlled within Grade I,and the damage is classified as extremely minor,which meets the requirements for ground buildings and water body protection.The adopted pumping gangue filling mining technology system has small surface subsidence,realizing“three-under”coal mining and resource utilization of a large amount of solid waste,maximizing the coal recovery rate and extending the mine service life,which has important reference significance for the comprehensive implementation of pumping gangue filling coal mining technology.
