摘　　要：本文对温病使用下法的意义、作用、适应证以及运用进行了探讨。下法为中医治疗八法之一,温病下法的理论擘始于《黄帝内经》,以《伤寒杂病论》的三承气汤为应用基础,后经历代医家补充,至明清时期,下法在温病的使用日臻成熟并形成了一种独立的学说,有着鲜明的特色。因温病的病因病机特点所决定,下法在温病的治疗过程中使用十分广泛,具有调畅气机、泻下热结、泻下逐瘀、泻下存阴的作用。Purgative method is one of the eight methods of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The theory of purgative method for warm diseases started from Huangdi Neijing,based on Three Chengqi Decoction in Shanghan Zabing Lun,and then experienced supplement of later doctors.Till the Ming and Qing dynasties,the application of purgative method in warm diseases was gradually mature and formed an independent theory with distinct characteristics.Due to the etiology and pathogenesis of warm disease,purgative method is widely used in the treatment of warm disease.It has the functions of regulating qi machinery,purging heat node,purging blood stasis and purging yin.
