摘　　要：脓毒症作为一类疑难疾病,其死亡率一直居高不下,根据目前脓毒症的临床分期,结合中医六经传变的规律及六经辨证,梳理总结了脓毒症发展过程与六经传变各阶段的关系,分析六经各阶段脓毒症的相关治疗原则。从传统中医角度理解脓毒症的发生发展过程,充分发挥六经辨证的优势,为脓毒症的治疗提供新思路,以推动中西医更好地融合。The mortality rate of sepsis,a difficult disease,has been high.According to the clinical stages of sepsis and taking into account the rules of six channels transmission and the syndrome differentiation of six channels theory,the relationship between the development process of sepsis and each stage of the six channels in Chinese medicine is summarized,and the relevant treatment principles of sepsis in each stage of the six channels are analyzed.We understand the development process of sepsis from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,give full play to the advantages of the syndrome differentiation of six channels theory,and provide new ideas for the treatment of sepsis in order to promote better integration of Chinese and Western medicine.
